"What kind of legacy would you like to leave behind?"
I got asked this question in an email from one of my training clients this morning.
I've known her for several years, and we never have any shortage of stimulating conversation...mostly me saying something that pisses her off, and her testing my comfort zones and challenging my views. Anyone who know s me knows I have definite opinions and don't mind spouting them when asked for them, and even sonmetimes when not asked as well...
Anyways, that email got me thinking, "what kind of legacy do I want to leave behind?"
Here is what I came up with.
I want my family and friends to remember me as someone who was genuine, someone who, while far from perfect, was the kind of guy that could be counted on, trusted and depended on. Most of all, I want everyone who knows me to feel like their lives were bettered and they had grown as in dividuals for having known me.
It is in this spirit that my professional legacy is formed: I want to be able to leave a legacy of empowerment and confidence building though trtianing in no-nonsense, effective and practical self protection training. I wish that everyone who participates in a trainin g session with myself or purchases the White Collar Warrior Self Protection Skills Home Study Course can truly say to themselves or to others that their lives have been improved through this program and my life's passion. If that was to be my legacy-which is exactly what I am working to achieve-I can leave this big blue spinning ball a happy guy...
My question to you is: what is your legacy? What do you wish to leave your kids and family with?
Whatever your answer is, one thing is constant: you have to be here in order to leave them with it. Dowload our White Collar Warrior Self Protection Skills Home Study Course today and learn how to preserve your legacy for those you love.
